Luma Wellness Group Inc. supplies research compounds for in-vitro laboratory research only. This policy explains who may purchase from us, when we may ask a customer to verify their eligibility, and what happens if an order cannot be verified. It should be read alongside our Terms of Service.
Who may purchase
- You must be at least 21 years of age.
- You must be a qualified researcher, laboratory professional, or an authorised representative of an organisation engaged in legitimate scientific research.
- Products must be purchased solely for in-vitro laboratory research — not for human or veterinary use, consumption, or clinical application.
At checkout, every customer confirms these conditions before an order can be placed.
When we may request verification
We may ask for verification of research credentials or institutional affiliation at any time, before or after an order is placed. Requests are more likely for first orders, larger or repeat volume orders, orders shipping to an address that does not match the billing details, or where anything about an order or related communication suggests a use other than laboratory research.
What we may ask for
Depending on the order, we may ask for one or more of the following:
- The name of your laboratory, university, company or research organisation
- A professional or institutional email address, or other proof of affiliation
- A brief description of the research application the materials will be used for
- Government-issued photo ID to confirm age and identity
We will contact you from info@lumawellnessgrp.com. We will never ask for payment card details or passwords by email.
If an order cannot be verified
Orders flagged for verification are held and do not ship until verification is complete. If we do not receive satisfactory information, or if we have reason to believe products will be used outside of laboratory research, we may cancel the order and suspend or close the associated account, as set out in sections 2 and 9 of our Terms of Service. Cancelled orders are handled under our Returns & Refunds policy.
Prohibited conduct
Any discussion or request relating to human or animal dosing, administration or consumption of our products will result in cancellation of pending orders and may result in a permanent ban from Luma Wellness Group Inc. services. Reselling products or representing them as suitable for human use is not permitted.
How verification information is handled
Information provided for verification is used only to confirm eligibility to purchase and to meet our legal obligations. It is handled in line with our Privacy Policy and is not sold or shared for marketing purposes.
