This page sets out how Luma Wellness Group Inc. packages, ships and tracks research compound orders.
Rates
- Flat rate shipping: $9.95 on every order.
- Free shipping on orders of $150 or more. The discount is applied automatically in the cart once your merchandise subtotal reaches $150 — no code required.
Where we ship
Orders are dispatched from our facility in Newport Beach, California, to addresses within the United States, as set out in section 5 of our Terms of Service.
Packaging and stability
Lyophilised compounds are packed to maintain temperature and physical integrity in transit, with documented chain of custody from our facility to the carrier. Vials are sealed and cushioned so that the batch remains within the conditions described on its certificate of analysis.
On arrival, store compounds according to the handling conditions stated on the applicable certificate, available on our Lab Results page.
Dispatch and tracking
Orders are processed on business days. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with carrier tracking as soon as the parcel is scanned.
Problems with a delivery
If a parcel arrives damaged, or vials appear compromised, email info@lumawellnessgrp.com within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the outer packaging, the shipping label and the affected vials. See our Refund and Returns Policy for replacement and refund conditions.
